Horrible Customer Service

I dropped my truck off at Gordon Chevrolet on June 29 so it could be serviced on June 30th. On June 30th, I called them at 1pm and they hadn`t even started. I called again at 4:30pm and the service writer told me they were finished with my truck. I was a little annoyed that they didn`t call to let me know I could pick up the truck. When I arrived at the dealership I asked to speak with the technician. The technic... view moreian, Roy, was extremely rude, aggressive and a smart alec. I spoke with the service manager about Roy and he said Roy has no people skills and he has been trying to "fix" Roy for the last 6 years. I need another vehicle and since I was at the dealership I had planned on talking to a sales person, but after being treated like that in the service department I just left. I wouldn`t recommend this dealership to anyone!
