Elbert and his family have been a fixture in Rome for many years. They do exceptional work. This customer that had a problem has some learning to do. These days cars have paint that is provided to the manufacturers by several different suppliers. Most body shops have chips and readers to correctly match paint. It`s not easy if you want it right. To do this properly would easily take over an hour, and that`s not... view more cheap to do. My advice to this customer would be to go to one of the big box auto parts retailers and pay six bucks for something close, or either shell out the time and money that it takes to do it right. There are several good body shops in Rome, and one of them is definitely Roberson`s. Elbert is fair and honest, (and busy). He may not have had time to help this person immediately. Some people think the world revolves around them. I`ve got news for this dissatisfied customer- it doesn`t revolve around me either.

I called at 5:10 to inquire re...

I called at 5:10 to inquire regarding "touch-up" paint and the process to match the color to purchase the paint. I was told to come in on Monday as "HE" isn;t here right now. I said okay let me ask a quick question how much is touch up paint. The lady who answered the phone said "It is according to how much you need". I said well for about enough......(and before I could say I WAS INTERU... view morePTED with a VERY RUDE TONE saying I DON"T KNOW!!!!!) upon which I responded "EXCUSE ME ...Sorry to BOTHER YOU ! and I hung up...thinking HOW RUDE and "they won`t get my business"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In today`s economy, PEOPLE NEED TO recall what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!!!! I will NEVER SHOP HERE! And say I wouldn`t send anyone because If they got treated the way I was on the phone merely asking about a process....then I WOULD TOTALLY BE HUMILIATED! Get a better receptionist...or send her to obedience school!
