Do not ask for a Carfax, the owner does not provide it. Do not under any circumstances finance a vehicle thru this seller. I made this mistake and one day he sold my loan in a bundle to a disreputable company in Smyrna, Ga. That buys up used car loans on the cheap and has terrible reviews online. I never missed a payment and had only been paying for a few months when i was notified not by him but a call from this new... view more company. When asked to provide written proof that i no longer owed money to the seller, again showing a lack of concern for his customers this was denied. The seller also kept my credit card info on file, never asking me for it again after the first payment. Avoid the legal fees and shop elsewhere for a used vehicle.
