I thought I would have problems purchasing a vehicle from them, but it was an extremely pleasurable event. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase. They are very professional, but yet customer friendly, at the same time.

ZERO STARS GIVEN FOR JOHN BLEAKLEY FORD!They need to do some coaching on customer service. I went there for minor service and started having the same problem 3 weeks later. I called John Bleakley Ford 4 different times and left detailed messages. I never received a return call from John Bleakley Ford.
