I brought in a 96 Camry that ...

I brought in a 96 Camry that had some wear and was just in a wreck. The insurance co. totaled it and was difficult to work with. Michelle (and her boss Jay) did a terrific job presenting the repair options available, offering good advice on substitutions. They delivered as promised ( actually over and above). I drove out with a car that looked completely new , with no out of pocket cost. Great Job.
