Avoid this particular Firestone

There are many in the city and as such this one should be avoided at all costs. I had two separate experiences with them and both were among the worst I`ve ever had in the 20+ years I`ve been driving in Atlanta. The second time they worked on my car it resulted in having to go back to them a total of FIVE times (no I am not exaggerating) to try to get the car properly working again. Eventually I went to a *differe... view morent* Firestone in Roswell and they were able to solve the problem in a single trip with no recurrences. I work in an office complex close to this Chamblee-based Firestone and subsequently discovered that we have *all* stopped using this location because of their extremely poor service and inability to do just about any job right the first time.
