Shop owner claims to be a mechanic, but does not know what she is doing. She will say she found the problem, then tell you it is something else and requires more money. She messed up my car and I had to have it towed to another shop to not only fix the original problem, but also fix what she screwed up. She will not honor her warranty,even when she put it n writing.
