save yourself from alot of grief and go elsewhere

I can tell you this is the most unethical, unprofessional mechanic that in my opinion lacks the knowledge of a skilled Lexus mechanic or any mechanic. So do yourself a huge favor and take your luxury auto to a reputable shop. At very least research further before. This was formerly t-lex in conyers.

Gil is very knowledgable in the automotive world. Actually, he is the best i`ve ever met. I`ve been in the automotive industry for twenty three years. I`m not an expert on office managers, sorry. Highly recommend Lex Techs.

I do NOT recommend Lex Techs. I paid them to fix a VSC problem on my Lexus. After 3 times in their shop, still not fixed. Kept car an additional week to go on, surprise! Vacation. Never refunded money paid in advance. Went to them for a VSC issue that was showing up on my dash. I left there the first time with the dash light still on. I made the mistake of even paying in advance for an additional part they sai... view mored they needed to fix it. I brought it back two more times to them. Still not fixed. The third time, we arrived to pick up the car and they were closed. Their answering machine informed us they were closed for the week ?ˆ“ vacation! Left messages, but none were returned. Requests for refund were also not returned. Don?ˆ™t believe Gil had the knowledge to fix my Lexus and Misty, his wife, is not a good office manager.
