This place just can not get it right. Since I purchased my daughters car by paying cash with Sutherlin it continues to get worse. There is no longer any effort to give great customer service. It seems like there are more issues than they are saying. They have had 3 different owners in last two years which is ridiculous. I will rather drive 1 hour away and know that I will be getting great customer service a gre... view moreat service on my car. I will not recommend this dealership to a blind millionaire or even if they were giving away free cars. They are rude and instead of getting to know the customer by looking at history they would rather debate and talk with no knowledge. The dealership really does not deserve to have its doors open. Worse dealership in Gwinnett county.
