Can I give NEGATIVE STARS?? Everything was great!.. Until My husband and I started asking questions about the car we purchased. When we arrived another man was there demanding to see the owner..I should`ve took the hint then. First they waited until the papers where signed then Oops!" We`ll have to fix the car radio when you come back to pay" (which NEVER HAPPENED).... our problems started within 2 weeks ... view moreof driving the car the brake pad went and you could hear this awful steel on steel sound, then I was stopped by APD because the right rear blinker just went out he actually offered to go back to the dealership with me to have the car looked at in his words "No car you just purchased should sound like that ma`am".. it was like they fixed it up just enough for me to drive off the lot and then after that I was on my own. When went back to have the car looked at of course the "mechanic" wasn`t there, so I requested to set up a time to come all the way back, when I say phone tag, they never left a message just one call then I`d call back, leave a message, they`d call... back and forth for a week. Finally I took the car to my mechanic who almost lost it looking under the hood, he encouraged me to either get rid of the car or sell it FAST. I hated to pay them ANYTHING more until I decided what I could do to get out of this trap. I put 800 down on it but in the end I decided to eat it and get rid of the car (which was another nightmare). But I am now happily driving a newer car that I completely LOVE. I would recommend ditching this place and save yourself the trouble. Go to Coliseum Cars!!
