The business forgot to put oil back into our car after an oil change. We drove 2 miles before the engine quit. Checked the oil stick and nothing registered. Eric came and put oil in the car assuring us that no harm was done. 3,000 miles later the engine starts falling a part. It had a total of 38,000 miles on it. Mechanic at dealership said that the only way this could happen to an engine is for it to be starved of... view more oil. Eric denied all this and his insurance company would not pay because they had someone else say the engine did not die from being empty of oil. All of these people lied and it cost us $6000 to replace the engine. If you use this company, make sure you check the oil before you leave.
