I would like to complain regar...

I would like to complain regarding service I had at the Havoline X-Press Lube location at 1953, Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA. I went there last month for a cold engine start issue. Technician diagnosed that issue was due to brakes malfunctioning and needing replacement. After changing the brakes which cost me $300, the cold engine start issue was still there. I had to take the car again to another repair facility (Fir... view moreestone) which identified the issue being with the Power steering system which was leaking and needed to be replaced. Issue was fixed after this repair. I called then Havoline Xpress Lube to let them know about the false diagnosis and they denied any wrong doing pretexting that I was the one asking for the brakes to be changed. This was very poor customer service and a really disappointing response from the team there. I definitely don`t recommend this location for any repair as they lack honesty and integrity.
