Best Repair Shop in Forsyth County!!!!

My 9 day old BMW 650i had a run-in with a deer. I was devastated and did alot of research on where to take my car for repair. Good customer service

I visited Abra twice. The first time was getting repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo after another car smashed the driver-side door. Abra`s manager was helpful, straight-forward, and keep me up to date on the progress of repairs. Things were handled quickly and efficiently. I`d be very wary.

I went in for an estimate for a hood replacement. And was shocked to get one for over two thousand dollars.
I`m guessing they hope auto insurance will pay anything.

Too much headache and time wasted, not to mention false promises.

I was totally dissatisfied with the quality of the work done. My vehicle was taken back three times to have bubbles and flaws in the paint job corrected and returned twice for the trunk lid not popping open properly when the trunk release was used. Each time the vehicle was returned to me with the same flaws and problems having not been corrected until the third and final time when I accepted the vehicle in a sub-s... view moreatisfactory condition The manager tried to ""make good"" on all of my time wasted with going back and forth to the body shop numerous times by offering me a $25 gift certificate to a local store, which I accepted, and was to be mailed to me. Needless to say, that gift certificate never arrived. There was no part of my experience with this body shop that would make me recommend them to anyone.
