I was discouraged by the bad reviews I see here, however I decided to get my windows tinted with Liberty Glass anyhow. I had an appointment for 10:30, my car was taken in at 10:35, and out by 11:30! Worst Experience Ever

Fisrst let me say I have owned many cars and had the Windows tinted on almost every one. I took my newest car to Liberty Glass . They did a fair job at best. I drove my car home, put it in the garage and the next day it would barely start. I went to an auto parts store to have it tested. I was told it wouldn`t charge and needed to be replaced. After replacing the battery the car ran fine but now my keys have to be re... view more programmed by Audi. I went to Liberty and they told me the manager wasn`t in. I came back later and the manager said the tech wasn`t in. After three days of this finally the tech said the car would barely start when I dropped it off. I find this hard to believe as the batter was less than 18 months old and I never had a problem before they had my car. Further more as a business they didn`t tell me they had any problem with my car they were only to eager to take my money. They offered no resolution whatsoever. I know they had my car ignition on because they said they did. I know they had my radio on because when I picked up my car it was on and tuned to a station I never even heard of. So what started out as a fair job for a decent price is now at $320.00 and climbing. I would be happy with a crappy do it yourself job or paying twice as much before I ever use them for anything again.

Absolutely the most unsatisfac...

Absolutely the most unsatisfactory experience in business I have ever had. Customer service was horrendous, was yelled at, hung up on, and blamed for glass being the wrong measurements. Delivery was made unscheduled and unannounced. There is no quality control, my order was overly delayed, and at one point completely lost. I am shocked these people are in business. I would highly recommend Ricks Glass in Savannah, who are extremely professional and much more equipped to handle customer orders properly and efficiently. Processing complaint with the BBB and disputing charge on my credit card in order to facilitate remedy and refund. Liberty Glass should be ashamed of themselves.
