BAIT & SWITCH! Purchase...
Purchased a Nissan Leaf from this dealership after being told they could have it there within 24 hours since it was a dealer trade. The next day they tell me the car at the other dealership was sold already and they would have another identical one for me the same day. Later in the day I`m told the other car is in TN and want me to cover transport fees, as well as, a higher price. Total waste of time! Do not buy... view more until you see the car! Or even better, just don`t ever buy from this stealership! *UPDATE* The general manager, Dustin F., called me today and gave me a sincere apology for what`s happened. He was a very friendly guy that took responsibility for what happened and took the whole experience as a `lesson learned.` He also offered me complimentary accessories for the Leaf I purchased at another dealership, paid out of his own pocket. I give him two thumbs up for handling this situation better than I would`ve ever expected.

WOMEN BUYERS BEWARE!!! WOMEN BUYERS BEWARE!!! YOU WILL NOT BE RESPECTED HERE!!! I had contacted the internet manager Torey and went in to look at a car, but didn`t have the intention of buying that day. Between Torey, Mohamed, and Shawn, I was persuaded to stay and I was bullied after 4 hours of being at the dealership to put down a deposit for a car that I had not seen so that they could bring the car form a diff... view moreerent dealership (when I could have just gone to the other dealership to see it another day). I was reassured that if I did not like the vehicle, that I would get my deposit back since no legally binding documents were signed, nor anything that stated that the deposit was nonrefundable. As soon as I left I felt awful about the situation. I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I returned the next day and, I in fact did not like the vehicle. I did not take possession of the vehicle and never went into their financing office to purchase the vehicle. They told me the next day that the deposit was not refundable and they are pressuring me to go back to the dealership so that they can pressure me and bully me again into buy the vehicle. I spoke with the internet manager (Torey), to his manager (Shawn), and to the general manager of the store (Dustin), and all 3 told me that they would not refund me the deposit. They said that I had to go back to the dealership and look at my options (none of which include getting my money back), but I believe it is an attempt to bully me again and I refused to go back. I called their customer service and it wasn`t until a week later after contacting their customer service and escalating the issue that the general manager Dustin said to me,"I`m only getting involved and refunding you the deposit because you are a customer of Eloy (I used to get all my service done there) and I was under the misunderstanding that another dealership was trying to take your business away by offering you a lower deal for a different colored car." I just agreed with him until I got my deposit refunded to my credit car. The NERVE of this guy to tell me he was doing me a favor by returning MY money (at the time I wanted a different color of the same car and Nalley Nissan was offering me a lower deal). Furthermore, Mohamed treated me like a naive little girl who did know what she was doing with all that money. Sir, I worked hard for my money and I did my homework on the car that I wanted before I ever went into the dealership. People that treat women like lesser beings should never work in customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER AUTONATION DEALERSHIP AGAIN IN MY LIFE! Needless to say I went with a Toyota Prius from MILTON MARTIN in GAINSVILLE. People that base their business plan on Christian values are better to deal with in sales, regardless of your religious believes and/or affiliations.

Epitomy of Customer Service
I?ˆ™m happy to say that I purchased a new Nissan Rogue this past Sunday, due in large part to the excellent customer service I received from Adolf Ebile at Team Nissan of Marietta. He made every effort to ensure I was happy, comfortable, and well informed before making my decision. In my search for a new vehicle, I interacted with several dealership sales representatives, none of which made car shopping experience as p... view moreositive or as easy as Adolf did. He truly gives a trustworthy and genuine impression?ˆ¦ listening intuitively to concerns, answering questions knowledgably, and working diligently to earn his customers?ˆ™ business (and the buy-in of my mother, which is difficult to come by)! I would 100% recommend him to friends and family.

If you are ok with being treat...
If you are ok with being treated as a number instead of an individual then this place should be good for you. My wife and I were in the market for a vehicle and had been looking for months. We found a great deal on the car she was looking for so we decided to go through with the purchase. They took in our information and led us to believe it was a go and made an appt. with us at 7 pm the next day since we were dri... view moreving all the way from Robbinsville NC. So my wife took off a night of work and we left at 4:30pm that evening on a 3 1/2 hour drive to Marietta GA. We get about halfway there and they inform us that they had just sold the car that we were coming to pick up. They didn`t even have the decency to be upfront with us and tell us that this could happen. We were led to believe it was our deal and we were picking the car up to bring back home. And to beat it all we confirmed that we would be there at 7 around 3pm that evening and they let us go out of our way only to give us a call at approximately 6pm to tell us to turn around and go home. It was completely disrespectful and my wife lost a night of work for no reason. I absolutely do not recommend this dealer because I get the feeling that if this happened to us then it has or will happen to someone else again. So if you are in the market for a car and these people come across your autotrader search, be warned that you better get there before they sell it to someone else. It doesn`t matter if you have loan approval and papers ready to sign. It is first come first serve, even if they know you have left your home and are on your way to buy the car. You would think that if they knew you were coming out of state they would at least have the decency to give until your appointed time to show up and pick up your vehicle. They didn`t even respect our 7pm appointment we had with them. The car was sold by 6pm and we just wasted 2 hours of our time and gas (which isn`t cheap right now). Just know this could happen to you too. I will not give Team Nissan my business and I will make sure anyone else I come across looking to buy doesn`t either! And the review MADE me give this business one star before I could submit my review. I wouldn`t even give them that!

Great Experience!!!
I recently made a purchase with Team Nissan of Marietta. From the moment I walked in the building (which I might add is newly built and state-of-the-art), I was treated with exceptional service. After meeting the friendly receptionist (Joanie), I was introduced to Dustin Fleishmand (GM) and Chris Peart (Sales) where I received a warm greeting. They reassured me they were going to see to my needs in my search for a... view more vehicle. My credit was not the best but that did not stop Dustin, Chris or Greg Darian (Finance) from continuing their interest in my desire to purchase a vehicle. That alone set this dealership apart from others because it had shown me that they are really in the business of helping people regardless of their circumstances. After successfully being approved (yay) for my new beautiful vehicle (2012 Nissan Altima - Limited Edition) and negotiating payments with Greg, I was sent to sign on the deal with Dwight Parrish (Finance). Dwight went over my paperwork thoroughly and answered any questions I had along the way. In addition, he advised me of the rewards program that Nissan was offering their customers. This was very informative because the program definitely fit my lifestyle. I would recommend anyone who is in the market for purchasing a vehicle to go to Team Nissan of Marietta first; they won

GREAT DEALERSHIP AND PERSONNEL
Team nissan is a great dealership to buy a car. I have never had a better car buying experience. Unlike most dealers they are willing to do quite a bit of the leg work via email and voicemail.
Michelle and Wayne we the two sales people I worked directly with from the internet department. They both went above and beyond to help me in every way.
My wife and I were in the market for a 370Z roadster. They are very ... view moredifficult cars for the dealers to get in stock so the selection was limited. They even brough a slightly preowned model from another dealer so our choices were better.
Their prices were far better than the other nissan dealers. I tried to contact several other dealers and they would not give me the time of day unless I came into the dealership. Needless to say they did not receive my business.
My wife and I ended up buying a black 370Z fully loaded. The dealership worked with us on the price and made it possible to fit into our budget.
In closing, I would highly recommend the dealership and please try to work with Michelle and Wayne. They were both excellent to work with. When we are in the market again, we will visit the team nissan Marietta dealership again. I can only hop that the same employees are still working when we do.

Thank you again Team Nissan Marietta

Great experience on a high end sale
My experience with Team Nissan of Marietta was perfect. Their internet manager Dave Weatherford was incredibly responsive via email and phone as I was purchasing a new 2012 Nissan GT-R off of them site unseen from Tampa, Florida. Unlike every dealer in Florida I spoke to, Team Nissan did not try to charge me over and above MSRP and they also didn`t add any BS fees onto the bill of sale such as ""paint protection""... view more or ""theft deterrent"" like Autoway and several other dealers here tried to do. I`m okay if someone wants to make additional profit off of me and they call it that, but don`t try to sell me something that both sides know is BS. Anyway; they picked my wife and I up at Atlanta airport when we flew in to get the car and besides Dave, Wayne, the sales person, as well as the person in finance doing the paperwork, all made the whole experience incredibly easy. We were in and out and on our way back to Tampa with the car. They should be commended for making things easy and not trying to jerk me around like every other Nissan dealer I encountered.

Real Pros
My experience started online and ended at the dealership. Excellent group of people to work with. I love my new car and I got a great deal. I thought they had the best selection of cars in town. Best of all, I was in and out in two hours. That has to be a record.

I had a problem hooking up my blue tooth and they did all that stuff for me. Their customer service is the best and the flow of the purchase process... view more was the very best ever.
