poor business practices

Needed light lens, told me that they had 2. Drove 13 miles. Gave me a card that gave me permission to try to find a white truck in a wet field, with standing water. Looked for 30 mins in 90 degree temp, no truck. Attitude was "oh well" supposed to be one there. This is not over for me.
