Good Work by Tilden Car Care

Don`t know what these other people are talking about. Ted could not have been nicer to me and took good care of my car. The price was fair and he did not try to add other items on to me. I highly recommend Tilden Car Care in Royal Palm Beach. Steve

The crew at Tilden did an amazing job start to finish. I had purchased a used car that needed some extra attention and amazingly they were able to get a fairly long list of repairs and mantenance items completed very quickly . Ted Russo = career criminal

Beware this blue-collar Bernie Madoff. This fraudulent repair shop is trying to rip my family off out of more than $3,500. I`m still trying to get it straightened out with my credit card company. If you do a Google search on Ted Russo`s name, you will find at least two mugshots, yes, MUGSHOTS for previous arrests. He is on probation now for some auto related felony. Ted Russo`s probation officer doesn`t seem to care ... view morethat he is still scamming people. Ted Russo will tell you that your car suddenly isn`t drivable ten minutes after you drive your car there, and he makes it sound as though you have no choice but to go ahead with the repairs. He is constantly in trouble with the law. He has been sued many times by various people and businesses. Ted Russo is a career criminal! Avoid at all costs!

would not recommend this ripoff place!!! Went for an oil change and was told they couldn`t change my oil until I had other work done on my truck.Ripped me off for another $30.00

I recently went to get my brakes replaced and was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed several times. Trusting that it was nessesary to been done I agreed to the service ($59.99) Plus a $26 hidden ""shop supply"" fee to find out later.
A week later I went to another local shop Ive been going to for years for a oil change. Everything checked out well but to my suprise they said my brake fluid was highly contam... view moreinated and needed a brake fluid flush asap.
Turns out the service Tilden highly recommended was never done. I was charged $86 for nothing!! There for I highly do not recommend this location for future visits to anyone.

Do No Trust This Company

My son took his car in after an accident for an inspection, he was told he needed new brake pads and that was all. When he brought in his car his entire brake system was replaced without an estimate given to me, the legal owner, or to him. The total came to around $1030.00. Later my son took the car to another repair shop at the recommendation of a mediator. The new shop conpared to bill to what was done on the ca... view morer, they state very little was done to the front brake system and nothing done to the back. They also told him he has been driving around on dangerous brakes that could fail anytime. The mechanic showed him what was bad and what to take pictures of. These pictures along with a statement from the mechanic will be used in the small claims case we have filed against Tilden scheduled for June 8. Brake World

This is a family run operation and I have had my oil changed, new brakes installed and wheel hub replaced and I have no complaints. Their warranty is great - 12 months or 12K miles. They are very accomodating and I did not have a long wait! :) I`m sure if you ever have any problems, they will make it right and stand by their product and service. They are more than competitive - look for coupons!
