This place is a total rip off...

This place is a rip off. I will never go there or recommend them. I brought my car in with the check engine light on. I had this happen a couple a couple of times and was told that the gas cap was not tightened enough. I told this to Robert Farkas, my service advisor and he said that it could be that or could be something else. Robert Farkas, told me that it would be over $188 to get a diagnostic. I should have... view more left since my normal mechanic never charges for that info. I called in the morning at 8:30 am and left a message to rotate the tires and to call me. Robert Farkas did not call me. I called several times and kept getting his machine. The last time I called, I asked to speak to someone else and asked that person to have the tires rotated. Robert called me around 3 pm to tell me it was the gas cap and it needed to be replaced. My car is now off of warranty and the gas cap would be over $250. Why when it was on warranty and brought in for that problem didn`t they do it ? I told him to make sure the tires were rotated and not to bother with the gas cap for that price. When I picked up the car, they did not do the tire rotation nor did they shut the check engine light, but they did charge me over $188 for me to pick up the car exactly as I left it 26 hours before. I had to wait a long time to get the car since no one seemed to know exactly where it was. We will not use this Mercedes dealership ever again and as we will be buying another car soon it will be at a different dealership.
