I was trying to be factual, choosing my words on the phone, trying to understand why a 30 min job was taking all day. when i got to establishment, the owner`s son implied i was a liar and started an argument in front of my elderly mother. he also wanted to meet me seperately away from my to argue more, or perhaps to get physical with me.

I would say the above rating is rediculous! Devito`s is an amazing automoive repair service, there customer service is outstanding and i would recommend Devito`s to anyone who is looking for low pricing, loyal owners and awesome customer service.

If I could give it ZERO I would. BUYER BEWARE! We brought our truck there 3 times to get it fixed as the light came on. ALL three times they said it was fixed and the light would be out when we would drive it home...only to come on the next day. The guy behind the counter is rude and his customer service was non existent. The third time we dropped it off we asked for a call to see when it would be ready, no call. ... view more We called and they hung up. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible ethics. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with your hard earned money.
