Totally screwed us over. took the car in with a steering problem, they assured us it only needed ball joints. That did not fix it so they agreed to try new struts and reimburse me for the ball joints if it didn`t work. Rick called me the next day and told me he thinks it was the control arm so he adjusted it or replaced(this was unauthorized and not approved by me, we agreed on struts) he said he wanted me to come... view more test drive it. The car would not even go over 45. I took it back and he threw his hands in the air and tried to just reimburse me for the ball joints. He then sent it to claims. Long story short, our car had to be towed out, and it no longer went in reverse. My car never had any signs of a transmission problem before I test drove it after Rick worked on it. HORRIBLE BUISINESS plus it has been over 24 days and still no reimbursement for the stupid ball joint they put in that didn`t even fix the original problem and nothing is being done about my car breaking and not being able to drive out of there.
