Great Service

I`m on my second Ford truck and all I can say is there sales department is enough to make a preacher curse, but their service department makes up for it. My last purchase I made with them (F150) currently has 232,00 miles :) if you are local and can get through dealing with their pathetic sales force it`s worth it for the service.

The bait and switch dealer

Heritage Ford is know known as Parks Fords. After my experience with them today I would say walk away or better yet run. I am so sick and tired of car dealers that try the old bait and switch routine. First they quote you a price on a car of a certain model that is not even on the inventory and when you get to the dealership they switch to a more expensive vehicle with equiptment that you do not really need. They wan... view moret your old car for trade but give nothing for that car and want a downpayment on top of that. Then the the supposed America brand that is built in Mexico or some other 3rd world country. But the sell it for the same price as if it was built with UAW labor.
