Pros- 1.The shop was close to our house. Cons- 1. on a 3 year warranty paint job costing $549 the paint is already chipping off after a single day. 2. Rachael the manager`s lack of customer service. 3. The paint was not properly sanded or washed before the paint was applied. The paint is so bad that I could literally cut myself trying to wash it. There is sand and rocks under the paint. 4. Rachael the manager as... view moresures us this is as good as the quality of the job we`ve paid for, my family has has Maaco`s do another car before and even at at a $249 job was 10x better than this one. 5. After getting the car back the sunroof no longer works. 6. Now they want a extra $240 to bring the car upto a satisfactory condition. 7. The car was dull and lacked shine on random parts of the car. 8. Water spots exists on the car that can not be buffed out. 9. The car has HEAVY orange peels ALL over the entire car. 10. Paint drips on the hood. 11. They completely ruined a brand new grill that was painted and shipped out, bad enough that if I could get my cut my fingers and bleed if I stuck my fingers through it. 12. We brought the car in on Monday, and promised on Wednesday. The car was not ready and we tried to pick it up on the next Monday, they were still working on the car and still trying to rush on Monday. God forbid this was your only method of transportation and you had to buy a rental. Feel free to email me I`ll provide pictures of the reciept and photos to show their lack of quality at this location of Electrobake, I just hope not all locations are this bad.
