We were quoted a 369 price for catalytic converter universal fit. Wife dropped off car. After an hour of trying to upsell oil change and brake job, she was giving a confusing scare tactic involving 3 converters needed for this honda. No thanks, want the universal fit. Pick car up, 900$, claims universal wouldnt work. BS. Claims she was told. BS. Claims she was shown new price. BS. Might as well go to a ur d... view moreealer. Thats my advice to you. My fisrt oil change was a great and exceptional experience but my second was a mess. A day to mother`s day 2012. I dropped my car at about 3:20PM EST and letting the representative know I will be back to get it. She never mentioned they closes at 4PM. However, they called I missed their call, no message left, I called back kept getting fax machine hoping they calling to inform that they found other services required ... view morefor the car. These people are thieves, when I took my car in for an oil change they tried to sell me new brakes at $180. When I refused they got mad and were rude. The next day I realized that a skill saw that my husband had in the trunk of my car worth $250 was gone. These people actually stoled it, i will be filing a police report today against them. i will never go back there again and will make sure i tell everyone i know.

They were very nice to me not like the DEALERSHIP.
Reasonalbe prices not like the DEALERSHIP. Friendly and very informative. Gave me an overall inspection with my regular oil change and topped off all my fluids under the hood. They also rotated all my tires for FREE. They pointed out all the maintenance items to keep my vehicle running like new. I always go to this shop for all my vehicle services. They always have quick service. I drive alot so I am always wearing out my brakes. They have changed my brakes many times under the Midas guarantee this has saved me alot of MONEY. The facility Is state of the art. After two years taking my car to this place for maintenance, I found out they had been recommending me to do services to my car such as changing the tires, replacing parts, etc that where not necessary at all at the moment. I am extremely disappointed at the fact that I trusted this people and they lied to me and made me spend way more money than I had to. While visiting from Phoenix my husband called ahead of time to find out how much an oil change was. The man said it was 34 dollars and included a tire rotation. My husband went straight over, they changed his oil and then charged $50!!!
