Smart, but need to communicate

Two Friends was able to figure out why my Kia Sephia wouldn`t start after a number of other mechanics failed. They were thorough in their approach and eventually traced the problem. I have no doubt it took them longer than what I was billed for. In fact, I had other repairs done there as well and they were quick to address, without additional cost to me, a repair that failed after a short time. These are the most com... view morepetent mechanics I`ve ever dealt with. My one beef is that they are short on communication. A couple of times, I needed to be informed about the status and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. Two Friends would be 5 stars if they could fix that!
