I took my GMC to Bob Steele Chevrolet years ago to get the air conditioner serviced and paid hundreds for repair! Soon afterward it began blowing warm air again. I took it back and the general manager said to me "it was working when you left the dealership". These folks were fake and truly, TRULY nasty when we needed repairs done right - especially the GM I complained to about the lack of proper ac repair. There`s no way in Sam`s Hell I would EVER purchase anything from Bob Steel Chevrolet because I know from personal experience they DO NOT stand behind their work. If they were the only Chevy dealership, I`d consider a Ford. I will not even service another vehicle there and certainly wouldn`t purchase one from them. The funny thing is, not doing right by us for hundreds of dollars means they lost thousands on a sale and trust for a lifetime. Buyer Beware at Bob Steele Chevrolet. Find a dealership who will do right by you please. I don`t even want to give them one star, but at least one star is required.

Bad service

Did not fix what they were suppose to fix on vehicle. Still charged me for work that wasn`t done.
