Worst Customer Service Ever

We had our vehicle towed by this horrible company. They did damage to the front end of the vehicle, when we confronted the drive he got aggressive and told us that if he knew we would be this difficult he would have done more damage. The driver attempted to hit me with his truck as he pulled into the drive way. We contacted the owner asking for the $180.00 for the minor damages, he said he would call us back, which h... view moree never did. I would never use this company again and wil tell anyone I know to never use them also.

HORRIBLE!

This shop does poor work and John, the general manager has poor customer service skills. They had my car for almost 3 wks. We picked it up and my daughter drove it that night. when she got home she was in tears because she had to drive all the way home without any dash lights and felt very unsafe. Apparently when the headlights are on the dash lights don`t work and Caladesi should`ve done a complete safety check ... view morebefore releasing the car, which they obviously didn`t do. When I picked it up I even had to ask them to check the tire pressure because one tire was obviously soft. I spoke to the general manager about this and he argued with me and said everything they did was just fine. I disagree. so the shop has our car again and is replacing a part to "see" if that`s what`s wrong. So trial and error is what my repairs are coming to now. This makes no sense to me. Also, I asked him to repeat some things (I`m hearing impaired) and he yelled at me for asking him to say things again. UNACCEPTABLE! I asked for the owner`s contact info. and he REFUSED to give it to me. What does that tell you? Take your car somewhere else!
