I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I bought a car from here a few years ago. It was a "LEMON" I already had to have the engine rebuilt, transmission rebuilt and now I am having other problems. I have asked others and the same thing. This dealership will not work with you at all. 127.00 to have a diagnostic done. That is unreal,since I just can`t take it to a car parts place to have them che... view moreck it. Why because there`s a chip that the car dealership had remove so I could not go anywhere else,but them. riDICulous! I believe I`m not the only person that feels this way.. Worse Service of all BMW

Service staff was very condescending, and the service manager was so Arrogant it would make a person sick. For $130.00 item, that was approved and paid by a warranty company, Tom Bush held my 750Li car hostage for 2 days. A simple replacement of a battery in the car key, was ignored. I was told to go to Lowes and buy another one, even though the one in the key was new. The General Manager did NOT return ca... view morells, and when I showed up in his office, he told me that things were out of his hands. NEVER, NEVER NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use or buy from this group.
