careful using them

My wife brought the vehicle to check the lights on our C300 and change the bulb, the next thing we knew and without our notification, they decided to test our vehicle. Our simple change the light buld for $8-10 turned into a
$60-70 bill. My wife and I both tried to speak with the owner about correcting this, but they take your name and number and NEVER return the call. They are always occupied. You should think... view more carefully about using them.
