Buyer Beware This seller sold me auto with a total loss report. Consequently,I asked for a refund, although Eduardo Moscat (owner) refused. The Florida DMV and the dealers insurance bond found him in violation of the law( failure to diclose total loss report). Eduardo Moscat was instructed by the Florida DMV to give me a total refund. The dealer stalled me for 2 months before total settlement. The dealer finally... view more gave me a refund, however, during the settlement, Eduardo Moscat went into a rage and told me to get the f___ out of here. My wife and I felt threatened and the auto dealer cursed at us all the way to our car. A simple apology would have sufficed, although the auto dealer`s ego got in the way. Eduardo Moscat is not the victim here and buyer should be aware of his short fuse and lack of ethics
