They are simply dishonest when calulating the numbers for your sale. For example I was quoted a trade in value plus down payment and an out the door price of $$$$ by one sales person and the manager gave me a different $$$$ much higher and said the original sales person calcuated wrong. When it came to sign it was the manger Rafi who was playing games and said too bad. Also had my DVDs go missing out of my trade the... view morer and the Manager K and sales person A said they were probably taken by service. The touch up on scratches they promised were a joke. Looked like white out applied by a child. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
