this place likes to try and pressure upsales and if you say no, they arent very nice after that. and you have to watch them do the oil change if you want the correct oil put into your car. i was there and i dont use regular oil i use the synthic oil and i caught them putting 10-30 into my motor and when i caught them doing it, i told them to fix it, the manager got nasty to me and said it wouldnt hurt the engine at a... view morell, i said the point was is i want the oil i want, not what they wanted to give me.so they drained oil and left some in there and i made them drain it completely and they got nastier to me.they have a new district manager i hope that he can fix their attitude or they are going to be driving more business away
