Expensive and Incorrect

I just visited auto xperts today and had them put on an after market part. After waiting over an hour for a 20min job and being charged over $60 dollars for just switching out a pipe, I was just happy to have it done. Then I noticed a part in the box with my stock part that I felt I remembered reading about in the directions that it should stay on but after asking about it and the mechanic telling me he was supposed ... view moreto replace it I trusted the guy who was doing the job. When I got home I decided to look through the directions and of course the part was incorrectly removed which could have led to malfunction. I called and told them what had happened and they seemed very unconcerned. I just wasn`t happy with the professionalism and would not recommend. I also saw one of their mechanics drive a customer`s truck over a curb also with very little concern.
