I am shocked to see the "Exceptional" review. That is an old review and maybe now all those employees are gone! Because today the place is filled with a bunch of pompous pricks that don`t care about the customer...AT ALL! They charge too much and I have heard people that took their car here had to take it somewhere else months later to fix it again. I have had a VERY BAD experience with them. Don`t bother c... view morealling the cops if they hold your car hostage because you refuse to pay some ridiculous diagnostic fee they NEVER told you about. They WILL stick a bill in your face and refuse you your keys/auto if you dont pay it. I think they plan on sticking you with as much repair costs as they possibly can as soon as you walk in the door. I was charged $150 for a battery installation here! I had a broken arm and could not install it myself. I always had my oil changed here and small things but he took complete advantage of me when I couldn`t install the battery myself and charged me the absurd $150! On top of it, this Andrew kid in the front office is a complete jerk, in my opinion. His buddy Rob doesn`t do you any favors either. I swear if they could charge you a "sit while you wait" fee they would! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very Poor Customer Service

I am very disappointed with this company! My teenage brother went in here to get a quote to have his windshield wipers replaced. They took his keys to look at it, and came back to charge him $50 for "diagnostics", to tell us the motor was bad, which we already knew. Being a teenager, he just paid the money. I plan to lodge a BBB complaint (in addition to the 3 they already have). Take your car somewhere else!

These Guys ARE Exceptional

These people LISTEN, they RESPECT my time, and the EXECUTE the work in an efficient and quality manner. I know, we have had 2 cars and one pickup repaired by Terry`s Automotive And Qwik Lube. In each case, the car or truck had been taken to a nother local repair shop where the problem was either "unfounded" or the repair was not done as it should. Since going to Terry`s we have NEVER had to take a vehicle back bec... view moreause something was not fixed properly. I have NEVER been charged more than the price I was quoted and on several ocasions, I`ve been charged less because they did not have to do some the work they expectecd at the onset. The Archer Road location has an incredible waiting room with free wireless Internet access and a desk area where I can work. Even better, they pick up my car from work, do the needed work, and return it to me....no hassle for drop off or pickup. These guys are amazing....there is nobody I would recommend over them.
