As the sign said "Tallahassee`s Import Dealer" well if you are going to say that how about knowing your products. I stopped in to see this specific imported car, a salesperson came out about 15 minutes after I was on the lot, he talked the talk, but actually knew nothing at all about this model, I guess sensing I was not impressed with this guys sales pitch the owner came out walking his dog! and introduced... view more himself, again I was not impressed, so after using his best sales tactics (which were not very good) I said I have heard enough and went to leave, The owner gave me his card and said he really wanted to earn my business. But the only thing was the name he introduced himself as was different than what was on his card, Really. First never trust a used car salesman with an alias. There is something up at Capital City Imports.

Awesome service

Every year or two I trade in my old car for a newer car. I have bought several cars from Capital City Imports and will ONLY buy cars from them. The service is outstanding. I recently traded a car that I intially bought from capital city imports. Not only did they exceed their duties in helping me get the car that suited me but they also got me financed with an extreme low interest rate and less money per month. I am ... view moreextremely satisfied with the customer service and the way they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I feel that I was treated very well to be a girl buying a car. Most places I have visited previously has gauged the price just because I`m a girl. This was not the case at capital city imports. I am currently driving a car I love thanks to Capital City Imports.

Do not drive off the dealershi...

Do not drive off the dealership with something that the dealership IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF, even if you have it in writing in the sales contract. Because promises promises--it is not going to happen. If there is a flaw or problem, a broken handle or crack in the windshield, get them to reduce the price because there will have a million excuses when they promise to fix it after the sale and it never happens.
