This people are very rude, promese to have my order ready by 9/7/11 at 5pm and they miss the time frame.....the front desk secretary call STUPID, beacouse am going to report them to BBB for false advertisement telling customer `WILL BE READY WHEN YOU WAIT""........very poor customer oriented//
