The Manager of Action Auto Body, Joe Smoluk, lacks professionalism and it is very rude with customers and co-workers. He refused to admit that my car?ˆ™s window fell off the track after a car accident. He went ahead and gave a $800 estimate just to paint the rear bumper, but could not include the window repairs in the estimate, claiming that was not caused by the accident and I was a liar. When I told him, I was not le... view moreaving my car at his place because of his attitude and insults; he got even worst and started raising his voice, being very disrespectful, and making a scene in front of everybody. I do not recommend this place at all!! Action Auto Body has the worst customer service in the area. They are there just to scam the insurance companies and diminish customer rights.
