Buyers Beware

My daughter brought her car in after an incident on the highway, she was 200 miles away from home. I was told by the OWNER of this facility that ALL 4 tires needed to be replaced and that any problems could be brought to our local Tuffy. Almost immediately after leaving the sensor light came on and one tire was not registering the pressure. 2 Days later, one tire was going flat, the same tire which was not registerin... view moreg a pressure. We went to the local area Tuffy and was told they were NOT affiliated and it would cost $100 to replace the sensor and another $30 to fix a valve stem in the flat tire. When I spoke to the Clark Road Tuffy - they now tell me that it was broken when it was brought there... I will NEVER do business with ANY Tuffy Service Center again. I know they don`t care, they demonstrated that very clearly!
