I`ve taken my car to them seve...

I`ve taken my car to them several times...actually both vehicles. They give a 12 month or 12,000.00 mile warranty. I had my Van fixed there in June. The other morning it wouldn`t crank. I had no idea why. I had moved so I had a local garage come get it to diagnose it. The part was installed incorrectly and eventually burned the wires. The new garage called them and they told him I had a warranty. Was never told I had... view more to move it to their garage. So after I paid 200.00 to get it fixed I called the owner and he rused to pay anything and said I should have brought it to him. Had I EVER been told that I would have. Now I am out of 200.00. This wasnt the only issue I have had, but them they always corrected it. Would I reccomend them....not anymore. They are vague and do not stand by their word or warranty. I would have been happy with a 50/50 split...but nothing.
