Took my car in because it was ...

Took my car in because it was chugging at a light and backfiring. Don had the car for four days. Charged $750. Said "purring like a kitten". Drove for less than a week. SAME PROBLEM. Took car back. Don had it a week. Couldn`t fix it. Sent car to SOMEONE ELSES to fix. Charged another $450. Don will tell you he is the best mechanic. DON`T BELIEVE IT. Go somewhere else.

stay away! We called on Thurs...

stay away! We called on Thursday about dropping the car off on Friday to have the AC checked. Owner said no problem, anytime after 7:30. I arrived at 11, mentioned that we called the day before about having the AC looked at. And the owner threw a temper tantrum, apparently because it was "almost noon on a Friday." I thought he was kidding at first but then realized he was serious. He even resorted to name... view more calling when I suggested I could go somewhere else if he was too busy. I wanted to say, gee buddy, I`m sorry for trying to give you business. Naturally, I did not leave the car and don`t recommend anyone go there while this guy is the owner.

STAY AWAY

Had car towed there, promised they would look at it the next day as it was late in the day and had other cars ahead of mine. over a week later and many promises to look at it that or the next day, i had it towed to another shop as they still had not "looked at it" so i would defiantly not recommend this shop.
