I took my convertable there to be appraised for a new top and back window; his best price for new top and window was $300.00 more than what I was able to get by ordering myself. Then assured me no problem installing product if I ordered myself, but when product arrived put me off by 2 weeks. With a few phone calls and and a little extra driving got it installed very nicely and done $400.00 less than Fred`s.
