I give every customer the chance to view the carfax/free. Every customer is allowed to have there vehicle inspected by whom ever they choose friend/mechanic. No demo ride is cut short, meaning you will be allowed to demo as long as is needed. No one is... view more rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. This woman was not given an alterered carfax, she had the vehicle fully inspected by Meineke. She also bought a vehicle which has one of the highest satisfaction ratings given. Unfortunately you cannot please all even though I/we do try.
