Pleasantly surprised ! The place looks terrible (outside) but once I met Deanna I realized this isn`t the run of the mill dirty auto repair shop . I hope that Deanna stays there along time . My car was fixed the next day and although I didn`t agree with the Hazmat charges the other guy in the office took them off my order. Ps my brakes are stellar again.

Listen up lady`s This shop is fabulous! their prices are resonable. they didnt push me to buy a list of things i didnt understand. although the tire i needed they did not have. Jeff installed my spare so i could keep my appointments and by the end of the day my baby Saab was like new.Thanks Jeff and Ken for saving the day and ill be returning and sending friends. I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon which made a high pitched squealing noise when I turned on the A/C. I brought it to the Toyota dealership where I was told I would need new belts and other parts to stop the noise. The total cost would roughly be $400. My fathers friend recommend getting a second opinion at Arctic Freeze, a shop he has used in the past and has been happy with. The total cost was $15, the noise stopped and the A/Cs been fine for the past 3 months. I definitely trust Arctic Freeze and will recommend my friends to go there if they have any A/C problems.

Most honest and careful technicians anywhere!. These guys are amazing! I have been taking my cars there for the last 2 years...since the first time a car dealer told me that I had to spend $800 to fix my car, and I went to Arctic Freeze for a second opinion...they told me that the car just needed a service, and fixed my problem for less than $100!!!! They saved my mom from having to buy a new engine on her car...Bret... view moret and Marshall there take the time to SHOW us what`s going on with our cars, and to teach us how to AVOID having the same problems over an over again. We do whatever they tell us to do with the cars, and our family`s expenses on car repair have been cut in HALF since we met them. I HIGHLY recommend them to you! Everyone in my neighborhood knows about them, and goes there...it`s the best thing ever to happen to my car!

absolute scum bags.. by far the most pathetic excuse for mechanics i have ever come across in my life. I paid $3000 to have these idiots rebuild my engine, and my vehicle hasnt stopped breaking down since..They, didnt even put all the parts back on my engine, and the ones they did, haven been falling off. Sad thing is these people suck soo bad, i have broken down within 2 miles of leaving their shop, several times... view more now. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My car broke and i wasn`t sure on what to do. i didn`t know who was good who wasn`t. i called several friends and they told me about Arctic Freeze when it came to the prices. i did some more reasearch and came across this miracle company. They were quick, cheap and responsible. Marshall didn`t leave until i was happy with my service and hestuck to what he told me.. Would reccomend to anyone.

I CAN`T BELEIVE I WENT IN AND SEEN MARSHALL AND BRETT WITH NO A/C- IT WAS MY THING BEHIND THE DASHBOARD EVAPORATOR I WAS TOLD. I SHOPPED AROUND AND WAS GIVEN PRICES AS HIGH AS $1,000 AND MORE THE GUYS AT ARCTIC FREEZE LISTENED AND UNDERSTOOD I COULD NOT AFFORD THAT AND WITH A LIL GIRL I COULDN`T DRIVE IN THE HOT WEATHER. I`ve had great experiences with the staff and owner of Arctic freeze. I have always been treated ethically and fairly. Best of all, they stand behind their work. I had a part replaced and there was an issue. They did the right thing and replaced the part for free. Truck runs great and I will be happy to take my vehicles back to them for more work. Thank you!

Ridiculous people, I think the mechanics dropped out of mechanic school. I took my vehicle there for one problem and came out with 2 other problems and the check engine light on. When I called them they told me to bring it back and after they ""checked it out"" told me they would need to replace 2 other parts. While I was there I heard the new guy some young kid with a poorly done tattoo on his fore arm talking to the brother about seeing how high they could get people to pay like it was a game they had. I would NOT ever take any vehicle of mine there again, and wouldn`t even recommend them to an enemy.
