I will never go there or any Tire Kingdom again. Bought 4 new tires about 13 months afo, after 2 alignments (paid both times), still problems with front driver side. Talked to Steve (manager) and he did not really care, said we must have git something (both times), I called Greg/Craig regional manager. He sent me another TK Chad (manager) around Congress and Woolbright. He said bad bearing (after two alignments ... view moreno less). Quote about $400 = $250 for part,. $110 labor $35 shop fee, tax. I bought the part for $45, called for appointment for the $145 labor to install. Next day, when in route for appointment "they set and knew I had the part", Chad (the manager) called my son while driving there no less (using my gas) and said he will not install a customer bought part. I was fine with no warranty, did not figure I would get one anyway (not an option), Guess he wanted another $250 from me (on top of tires and allignments). Avoid these two store at least. They do not do a complete job and dis-honest in MY OPINION and experience. FYI they made me pick one star, I would not give them even that.
