Although the cars look well taken care of, because they get them detailed every once in awhile, don`t be deceived. I was looking for a car, and became interested in this VW GOLF GL for a reduced price of $6995. It had a few used car defects, but everything was promised to be fixed. We soon found out the sales manager had been driving it for months and no work had been done on it since they bought it, which was evi... view moredent of how low the brakes were: metal to metal, as well as other super cheap , quick and easy safety features that had not been taken care of: lights. We came back four days in a row, and all the promises to fix things were for ?ˆ?tomorrow.?ˆ? We were still interested so we went to negotiate, but they refused to budge on the price for even one penny, although it was not in perfect condition and it had an extra 800+ miles on it from the dealer. After looking around at other places, we were still interested in the car, so we called back to see if it was still on the lot. It still was, and they had finally fixed a majority of the big tickets issues that were wrong with the car, but now they wanted an extra $1000!! First of all they were going to sell it to me a week before, and promised to fix all the things they had at a lower price, second they should have fixed all of those items from the moment they got the car , half of them for pure safety for even the detailer, third you don?ˆ™t get to fix everything then up the price again, and pretend you?ˆ™re a honest dealership. The cars look great, but the business is shady, and if that Golf is still there I?ˆ™d ask for the original price.
Ps. The radiator fan is broken, the CV boot needs to be replaced, the dip stick is broken, the engine cable is loose, and the rotors may be bad, and who knows what else.

I love my car!

I found my 2002 yukon xl on Autotrader, left an email message and the next morning Calvin called me back. We talked about the vehicle and he promised to put it on hold until I could drive to Hollywood. When I got all the way there there were 2 very minor things we saw and they jumped right in to fix them. When I went back 2 days later to take delivery they had not just fixed but totally replaced with brand new the ta... view moreil lights...I have to say Im thrilled with my car. The reason we needed a new one was because we had just had a roll over accident with our 2001 yukon xl. It held up so awesome (no one was hurt) we had to have another one. This new to us one is perfect. It had all the upgrades we wanted.
The entire staff is very professional and nice.
We hope to not need another vehicle for a long time but we would definately do business here agin!!!
