Last Friday my mother awoke to a shattered rear window. She contacted her insurance company who referred her to a company in Jacksonville. After talking to them, they would not be able to see her until 4pm and are about an hour from where my mom lives. That is when she called me to let me know what had happened. Later that day when I drove her back to pick up the car, we were anticipating having spend an hour and a stack of quarters vacuuming out little shards of broken glass. But imagine how happy we were when all of that was already done for us. They saved us hours of drive time back and forth to Jacksonville, kept her from having to miss another day of work.
