I recommended the last customer to AA Action and discussed it with the owner, Rodney is very fair and reasonable, I know for a fact this customer did not have the money for the repair and AA Action tried to stay within there budget ti fix the car, I know it is very difficult to please every customer but AA Action try`s hard to help and repair every car. I wish there was a choose for zero. This is the absolute worst place you can take your vehicle to get anything done. I would not stop there to have air put into my tire(s). I had a transmission rebuilt there and after the repair my vehicle never worked properly. I had it check by two other mechanics who both agreed that it was the worst patch job they every saw on a transmission. They can`t tell you what color vehicle you have and keep honest. Once again here is another example of this dishonest business. I have no idea who newbee is the above review. They state I didn`t have the money. I paid 1,300 dollars for the transmission, (I didn`t have the money, PLEASE?). I went to another mechanic who put another transmission in for me much less then what the crooks charged me, and no problems since. So it looks as if they got one of their employees or friends to get on her and lie for them. This just proves the dishonesty of this business.

The customer came in with 3 problems. I fixed 2 of them (still have the old parts) the other one was an additional problem that needs additional electrical work. They claim I did not replace a part but I still have the old parts in a box at the shop. So, I understand having additional problems making someone else responsible for your trouble and wanting someone else to pay there bills. It is very hard to find an honest, shop. I took my car to another shop they said I needed an entire rebuild on a Dodge truck transmission, Wen to AA Action at they fixed the problem for $685.00 saving me over $2000. Thank you AA Action And Mr. Rapp

I do not sell cars I repair them. If I would have sold or traded him a car I have 100 customers that can tell you I would be more than happy to help someone in that situation. They claim to have fixed my truck for $450 and it still did not work. They claim to have fixed the Speed sensor control and the transmission`s Cluster. The only thing they DID fix per Ford was the Safety Switch! in -- they said the work was not done by RODNEY! When I called Rodney he said he did the work himself and good luck proving otherwise and hung up! Worst experience I ever had with car repairs!

Rodney screwed me with a car trade and gave me a crap car with massive problems right after i pulled out of his driveway and wouldn`t fix the problem or give me my car back that i traded him. I heard from around the area he was a crook too. So do yourself a favor and never do business with this Rodney. He knew of a couple of the problems and decided not to tell me!!!!!
