We`ve been customers for over 4 years, taking 3 cars for routine maintenance and repairs. We`re treated fairly and honestly and they`ve never tried to up-sell a service. At the beginning, we had two instances when dealerships quoted for costly repairs to our cars and Chilson`s fixed the actual problem (not the up-sell problem) for very reasonable rates. I also appreciate that my husband doesn`t have to take ti... view moreme off work to take the cars in because we both know Chilson`s doesn`t take advantage of my limited knowledge of cars and only does needed services and repairs. We recommend our friends to them because we trust them.
