I bought my first car here two years ago and the people there were fantastic so naturally when I wanted a second car I went back.... I NEVER should have done that.
First the staff had changed which I understand happens, but these people that work there now are horrible. I still decided to get a car I needed one. So I did and really shouldn`t have. The battery died on the car in under 12 hours of driving off t... view morehe lot. I called them about it and they said sorry car is sold as. So I let it go.
Then I went to go and pick up my tag, which I was told it would only cost $90 because I just recently had a tag. I get there and they tell me no its going to be $120. When I asked why there was a difference they said because I had turned in my tag. I let that go because I could understand that, so I left and came back later that week with the $120 (I really needed the tag because my temp was about to expire and I was going out of town that weekend). When I got there to pay they told me my tag was $175. When I asked about the price increase they said that it was the DMV fees not them. By now I was beyond angry and told them that I needed another temp tag so that I could get the rest of the money (they don`t take checks or credit cards at that location). They refused to give me the temp tag at first after arguing with them for 45 minutes and giving them a $136 deposit (they hadn`t even applied for my tag at this time yet) they finally gave me another temp. They called me late last week and told me my tag was in so I went in today with the $39 difference to pay off my tag... and guess what they told me. That my tag was now $185.90. and that I owed a balance of $57.90 (which is actually $8 more then I would owe even if it was $185.90). When I told the guy that I was talking to that the changes in price were a little rediculous. He told me I needed to calm down or he was going to refuse me service. When I told him he couldn`t do that, he said watch me. At that point I just grabbed my tag off his desk and left the office. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! They are criminals that need to be reported!
