Integra Shipping did a GREAT job shipping my vehicle from California to Chicago for me. I was pretty nervous to say the least because I was scared that something would happen to my 2008 Audi A6. First and foremost, if you have extra time on your hands to see the country, recommend that you drive the car yourself. I have been traveling cross country for the past 5 years and I really enjoy it. However, this time around, I couldn`t drive my car because of an emergency. With that said, I decided to go with an auto transport company. At first, I couldn`t decide which company to go with. They informed me about everything I was suppose to expect while shipping my car. The customer service was super and I received my car in great condition. The driver did however come a day late but at least he called to tell me that there was road construction in the Phoenix area. This company was cool. I found this company to be great delightful to work with. I gathered alot of quotes (8) to be exact and decided to go with this company after they educated me on the entire process!!!!! Samantha was a great sales rep and informed everything. What to expect at pick-up as well as drop off. I understand that not every company or person is perfect but overall, Integra came through for me. I would use again if need be.

I`m also a customer and the response by the customer in this review is correct. The same thing happened to my family, they told us (Serge Marshall told us) that the cost would be low like 425 and even told us that he was charging us pretty low, I explained to him I was active duty and 8 months pregnant and he told me he was going to give a military discount for $25. that`s how the $425 resulted, as the days got close... view morer he to the pick up date he told us to send a money order, not a transfer of funds, not a credit card charge it had to be under his name, well later on it dawn on us that the reason why he did that was so the banks couldn`t reclaim the money deposited for this scam. Bottom line is as the day for the pick up got closer he said that nobody wanted to pick up the vehicle because it wasn`t a popular route, so he told us he would charge us another $500 dlls this is 3 days before the last day to p/u the vehicle. Well then he called me and gave me a number for a company and said they were going to p/u the vehicle. I called and called and called and he never answered back, not even txt messages not even emails nothing. He stole the $225 dlls. This is a huge scam and scum like them should pay for what they did. Be careful don`t believe on what they say is competitors reviews this is a real active duty family that was in desperate need for their vehicle, they abused our trust and shamed the meaning of integrity which has nothing to do with their name.
