No knowledge for foreign audio systems

i went there thinking they know how to install a radio in an audi tt and they butchered up my car. they said they by passed the audi system to put in a after market radio and made it worst , every time turn off car the speakers cracked three tmes i changed my battery after a week thinking its old it had 1 year life left a month later the new battery was dead. {the radio never turns off } they really know what there ... view moredoing!!! they charged me 100.00 $ to install with kit and harnest , i got no harnest and no face plate, tints got bubbles. when i dropped my car off there looked like a responsible adult there but when i returned to pick it up 3 hours later there was teenagers doing the work and corona beer bottles every where in main office and as the kid explained what he did to my car he smelled and looked like he was drunk this was about 2:30pm on a friday. terrible experiance. i took out my radio to save my battery. i didnt want them to touch my car again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
